Mooris is an online design furniture and lifestyle store from Zurich. Its About page says three friends, Lea Montini, Frank Urech and Claudio Beffa, founded the shop in 2012 in Zürich to bring design fans and furniture lovers selected products in a new, personal and advisory way. What started, in the company's words, as a small corner shop on Zurlindenstrasse has grown into a team of around 50 people, who call themselves "Moorisianer," covering logistics, marketing, copywriting, photography, customer service, styling, purchasing, software development and interior advice. It is a less obvious first stop for someone who wants a heavily adjustable ergonomic task chair with published adjustment ranges, because the site's strength is its design catalog, and the homepage does not single out ergonomic office chair models. Buyers outside Switzerland will find no delivery option published on the site.
