For a buyer in Europe, the practical route to a Teknion chair is one of those dealers. The site's menu also links to a Teknion Store, described as "Popular designs delivered to your home or small office", but the European pages do not say whether the store delivers to European addresses, so a home buyer here should ask a dealer first.

The seating range

Seating is one part of a much larger product menu. The seating section is split into Work Chairs, Conference Chairs, Multi-Use Chairs, Stools, Stacking Chairs, Lounge Seating, Modular Seating and Ottomans. Work chairs are the task chairs this category covers, and the site groups them with desking and storage inside workplace layouts rather than presenting them as a separate retail line.

The pages here do not list individual chair models with specifications, so there are no seat height ranges, weight ratings or adjustment travel figures to report. What the site does offer is support material. Under User Instructions it links to Seating Adjustments guides, alongside guides for the Height Adjustable Switch and Mechanical & Digital Locks, and a Specifying area promises "Quick links to our Application, Price & Product Guides organized by Catalog". Brands, collections and the wider range

The menu names several brands and studios: Teknion Architectural Interiors, Studio TK, IKONstudio, Luum Textiles and Gus* Modern. Collections listed include Routes, Zones, North 56, Artifort, Modus, Social Collaborative, Vondom and B&B Italia Project. The site does not explain the business relationship behind each name, so they are best read as lines a Teknion dealer can specify. A Spring 2026 Product Launch and a product called Figure, marked "Available Now", were featured at the time.

Beyond seating, the product menu covers workstations, private office and casegoods, and reception furniture; tables for work, laptops, conference and meetings, height-adjustable use, classrooms and training, cafés and lounges; storage from workstation storage and modular cabinets to lockers, credenzas and carts; architectural interiors including glass and solid wall systems and freestanding micro architecture, with a healthcare line; and accessories from lighting and screens to monitor arms, power, planters, pillows, rugs and drapery fabric.

Planning tools and resources

The planning section is built for designers. The site describes its Planning Tool as a way to "Browse fully designed spaces in our Planning Tool, complete with design files, prices, BOMs and other resources." Layouts are grouped as Ancillary (cafe and hospitality, collaborative, lounge, media, meeting, multipurpose, public, quiet spaces and reception), Focus Work (120 Degree, benching, height-adjustable, open, semi-enclosed, enclosed and private, plus filing and storage and work from home) and Education & Training.

For CAD work there is a Teknion CAD Library, a Studio TK CAD Library, a Gus* Modern CAD Library, a Revit Library and models on Sketchup 3D Warehouse. The inspiration section carries an Office Cafe Lookbook, a Focus Work "Workspace For 1" program, Design Days 2026, an Aside blog, client case studies and an email newsletter. A Sustainability Database covers "Product Ratings, Certifications & Ecolabels", and a program called Divert handles furniture reclamation. The media banks section lists photography, guides, certificates and policies, and the footer links to a Legal & Warranty page, though the pages here do not state warranty terms.

Research and company pages

Teknion puts a fair amount of editorial work on the site. Its inspiration programs include Advanced Concepts 2.0, subtitled "Generation Everyone"; two Bow Tie editions under the title "Furniture as Fashion", one of them about The Stahl House; a piece called "Future Smart", about remapping and reactivating the workplace; and an education program on "The Changing Campus Landscape". The About section holds a Brand Story, an Our Impact page organized around "People, Place, Planet & Product", profiles of its designers, press and media material, and separate Find a Dealer and Find a Showroom tools. None of it replaces a product specification, but it gives a designer a sense of how Teknion thinks about offices and campuses before a dealer meeting.

Who Teknion suits

Teknion suits architects, designers and facilities teams in the UK and Europe who are planning a whole floor and want work chairs, desks, storage, walls and accessories from one maker, backed by CAD libraries, planning layouts and a quick-ship program. The London showroom and the dealer list make it easy to find a local partner in the countries listed. It is a harder fit for someone who wants to compare a single task chair's measurements and price online. The European site publishes neither, and a buyer outside the countries on the dealer list should start with the London showroom's contact details.
