A Berlin design house for gaming chairs

noblechairs is a gaming chair brand whose About page says its chairs "are designed and developed in Berlin" and signs off with "Designed in Berlin, Germany. Built to endure." The store runs on a country selector that asks buyers to pick a shipping country and warns "we can only ship your order to addresses located in the chosen country." The countries listed are the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal. The US store shows prices in dollars, tax excluded, and a banner across every page reads "FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS". The footer also links to a "Where to Buy" page and a "Business Customers (B2B)" page, so the brand also sells through other channels besides its own store.

The range is split into six series in the main menu: AURA, LEGEND, HERO, DAWN, EPIC and ICON, plus a Limited Editions section and Accessories. The homepage labels AURA "Our Most Loved Products" and runs a bestseller carousel.

How the brand describes its process

The About page is short and specific about method. It says the team works through "The proportions. The foam density. The resistance of a recline mechanism" by "simulating loads digitally, prototyping repeatedly, and refining based on feedback from professionals and enthusiasts who spend more hours seated than most." It adds: "Before any chair carries the noblechairs name, it goes through structural load testing, long-term durability trials, and extended simulations that go well beyond typical use." On looks, it says the aesthetic is "deliberately considered: clean, restrained, and built to belong in any environment, from a professional office to a high-end creative setup."

Prices as the homepage showed them

The homepage listed the EPIC Black at $449.99, the HERO Black Edition at $399.99, the HERO Black at $499.99 (marked sold out), the LEGEND Black Edition at $499.99, and two licensed limited editions, the LEGEND DOOM: The Dark Ages Edition and the HERO Fallout Vault Tec Edition, each at $549.99. These are sale prices as shown on the day, not a fixed price list.

HERO series

The HERO Black page calls the HERO "the largest gaming chair yet released by noblechairs", with a longer and wider backrest, an expanded seat and wider armrests. Its headline feature is an integrated lumbar support adjusted by "a side-mounted rotary dial", which the brand says "Makes additional cushions unnecessary." The page says the HERO was "Developed in conjunction with professional esports teams" and that the backrest shape "conforms to the natural curvature of the spine", which is how noblechairs itself describes it. It also states the chair is "Certified as an office chair in accordance with DIN EN 1335".

The HERO spec table lists a seat height of 18.9 in to 22.4 in, a backrest height of 35.0 in, an outer seat width of 20.5 in, a total height of 51.2 in to 54.7 in, a backrest angle of 90° to 125°, a maximum seat tilt of 11°, 4D armrests, a Class 4 gas lift and a weight limit of 330.7 lb. The chair itself weighs 63.9 lb. The upholstery is PU leather over cold foam on a steel frame, with an aluminum base and 60mm nylon casters with a polyurethane coating that the site rates for hard and soft floors. The page lists the covering at 1.5mm for PU leather and 1.7mm for real leather, and a head cushion and lumbar cushion are included.

The HERO Black Edition uses the same frame and the same spec table but a different cover: "an ingenious blend of vinyl and polyurethane" that the site calls a hybrid material from Germany. noblechairs says the material is made with "high-quality aqueous PU systems" without conventional solvents, has "microfine pores" that let air and water vapor through, and is "tear-resistant, durable, highly abrasion-resistant and easy to clean." The same page says the chair offers 10 cm of height adjustability and a rocking mechanism, and that its cold foam has "an exceptionally high density of more than 55 percent", all as the brand states them. It is "Designed for users up to 330.7 lb".

EPIC series

The EPIC Black is pitched as a "luxury gaming chair with vegan faux leather cover". Its 4D armrests adjust "horizontally, laterally, vertically (height) along with an adjustable tilt angle," and the base is powder-coated solid aluminum. The spec table gives a seat height of 19.3 in to 23.2 in, a seat depth of 18.1 in, an outer seat width of 22.4 in, a backrest height of 33.1 in, a backrest angle of 90° to 135°, a total height of 50.8 in to 54.7 in, a chair weight of 61.7 lb and a weight limit of 264.6 lb.

Two differences from the HERO matter when choosing. The EPIC table lists "Integrated Adjustable Lumbar Support No", so lumbar support comes from the included cushion rather than a built-in dial, and its weight limit is lower than the HERO's. The EPIC reclines further, to 135° against the HERO's 125°. The EPIC page also names three cover options across the range: vegan PU leather, genuine real leather and nappa leather.

Support and paperwork

Each product page offers the series' assembly instructions and a gas lift removal guide as PDF downloads. The footer lists a FAQ, a Help Center, a Warranty Policy, Shipping and Returns, a Research and Development page and a Spare Parts Request form. The product pages themselves do not state a warranty length, a return window or delivery times.

Who it suits

noblechairs suits a buyer in the US, UK or one of the listed European countries who wants a racing-style chair with a published spec table to check against their desk and body size, and who likes a restrained look over loud branding. Heavier or taller buyers should compare the HERO's 330.7 lb limit and larger backrest with the EPIC before ordering. Anyone outside the countries in the selector cannot order from this store, and should check the brand's "Where to Buy" page instead.
