The site does not publish a list of countries it ships to, so buyers outside the US should check delivery before ordering.

The company's foundation in hardware innovation frames its design approach. The About page says the team has "deep roots in both hardware innovation and furniture engineering" and that every chair "is designed in the USA". Its timeline starts with "The World Premier of the Vertagear Racing Series" in 2015 and lists "U.S. Patented Effortless Assembly & Auto Locks" in 2016. The brand markets its chairs toward gaming, and its blog covers esports events such as EVO.

The PL6800 regularly prices at $549.99, on sale at $519.99, supporting up to 181 kilograms (400 pounds), and fits users 175 to 203 centimeters (5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet 8 inches) tall.

The Audi X Vertagear collaboration builds on three 800 Series models: the SL3800 Audi, listed at $499.99 and on sale at $449.99, the SL5800 Audi RS at $599.99, and the PL4800 Audi Sport at $699.99. Each carries the same weight and height rating as the standard model it is based on, and the site markets the line with the words "Precision Engineering Performance Comfort".

The Triigger Line represents the premium product tier. The Triigger 275 prices at $599.99, supporting up to 350 pounds and users up to 6 feet 6 inches tall. The Triigger 350 prices at $799.99, with identical weight and height specs. The Triigger 350 Special Edition prices at $999.99. Specifications and fit

Vertagear publishes a weight and height rating next to every model, and its FAQ says "The most important thing is body type, height/weight," pointing buyers to a Chair Selection Tool. In the 800 Series the SL models are rated to 220 lbs or 260 lbs, while the PL models are rated to 360lb and 400lb, and the PL ratings come with a height band rather than a single maximum: 5'9" to 6'6" for the PL4800 and 5'9" to 6'8" for the PL6800. The Triigger models are rated to 350 lbs and 6'6".

The SL1800 page carries the most detailed spec table. It lists a max load of 330 lbs alongside the recommended weight of up to 260 lb, an overall height of 48.0-52 in including the base, a shoulder backrest width of 20.5 in, a lumbar backrest width of 19.3 in, a seat width of 20.9 in, a seat depth of 18 in and a net weight of 48.9 lbs. Materials are listed as PUC synthetic faux leather or velvet over UPHR foam, which the brand says has "62% more density than standard HR foam". The chair has a Class-4 gas lift, 65mm PU-coated Penta RS1 casters, a tilt that can be locked upright, and 3D armrests. The 800 Series comparison table shows 3D armrests on the SL1800 and SL3800 and 4D armrests on the SL5800, PL4800 and PL6800, with an engineering polymer base on the SL1800 and aluminum alloy on the others.

Two features carry most of the marketing. The ContourMax Lumbar is a patented backrest insert that the site describes as "4 TPEE adaptive modules and their 64 responsive branches" under a memory foam layer. The VertaAir Seat uses "eight hexagonal air pillars" with air channels. Vertagear markets both in strong health terms, saying ContourMax helps "Prevent back pain" and that the VertaAir seat "eliminates back pain at its source"; those are the brand's claims, not tested findings the site reports. It also sells an RGB LED kit separately and uses a HygennX fabric that it says combines coffee-ground nanotech with silver-coated embroidery for odor control.

How to buy, what the warranty covers

Product pages list Free Shipping and a Buy Now Pay Later option, and the homepage advertises a "10-Year Limited Warranty". The FAQ on the SL1800 page spells out what that means: "We offer 10 years warranty for the steel frame and up to 5 years for chair parts (not including natural wear of PVC or fabric)." So the 10-year figure applies to the frame, not the whole chair.

Two add-on programs are tied to customer activity. Leaving a product and photo review earns a "FREE 2-year wear and tear protection plan", and sharing the chair on social media and commenting on the brand's latest Instagram post makes a buyer eligible for "an FREE 3-year extended warranty"; the site gives each a "$99.99 retail value". The menu also lists a Military Appreciation program, a Student Program and an Affiliate Program.

Chairs arrive unassembled. The FAQ says they come with instructions and an installation video, and the brand's patented "Slide-in" hardware is meant to let one person fit the backrest to the seat.
