The store and where it sells

Office Master Chairs, which signs itself "OfficeMasterChairs.com by eStores", is an online store and an official dealer for two brands, OM Seating (Office Master) for chairs and Special T for tables. Its about page says the business started in Boulder, Colorado more than 15 years ago as an idea between two neighbors and lifelong friends, and that it has partnered with OM Seating for over 15 years. Prices are shown in US dollars, the cart totals in USD, and support hours are given in Mountain time (Mon to Fri, 8:00am to 6:00pm MST). A banner promises "Free Shipping on Almost All Orders" and another offers bulk discounts for large orders, which product pages say apply when ordering 5+. The site links to a Shipping Policy, a Return policy and Terms of Service, but the home page does not say which countries it ships to, so a buyer outside the United States should ask before ordering. How the range is organized

The OM Seating lines

The menu splits OM Seating into popular and other series. The popular ones are Affirm, Budget Contract Chairs (BC), Discovery Back Chairs (DB), OM5 Active, OM5, the PAC Series, Paramount Value Series (PT), PT Intensive Use 24-Seven (PTIU), Truly and YES Mesh (YS). The others include CE2, Classic exam room stools and task stools (CL), Ginny, Lorien, Maxwell Intensive Use (MXIU, MXPD), PAC Lab Stools, Plot Twist, PT Intensive Use Heavy Duty (PTHD/PD), stacking and guest chairs, the Tibidi Stacker, Werksy and the Work Stool Collection. The home page describes the OM5 Evolved as "the newest evolution of the modern classic", now in stool, task, executive and mesh back styles, and markets its "body-activated motion". Lorien is billed as Italian-designed seating in mesh, and Plot Twist as pouf seating offered as a pouf, low back, tablet, or low back with tablet. A new OM5-XP gaming chair uses the same OM5 motion.

Prices on the home page are shown as a sale price next to a higher regular price. Among the popular chairs listed were the PT78 Paramount Value High Back at $606.46 (regular $933.00), the YS89 Yes Mesh High Back with headrest at $589.56, the YS72 Yes Mid Back at $434.20, the 7878 Paramount Large Build chair with lumbar support at $682.50 (regular $1,050.00), the DB68 Discovery High Back at $555.10, the OM5 self-weighing mid back task chair at $676.00, the PT73IU 24-Seven Intensive Use drafting stool at $609.71 and the YS73 Yes drafting chair with a fixed footring at $473.20. With a higher regular price printed beside most items, the sale price reads as the standing price rather than a short promotion. The home page also says every chair is "carefully crafted upon order" from a choice of over 200 fabrics.

What a product page gives

The product pages are detailed. The Werksy 4-Star Stool (WY2-4S-GS), shown at $402.35, lists a guest-swivel mechanism, a 20" footring, a seat height of 22.5" to 30.5", a seat of 19"w x 18.5"d, a 300 lb. weight capacity and a lifetime limited warranty. The warranty section spells out the terms: OM Seating's lifetime limited warranty covers all structural components under normal commercial use, while fabrics, foams and consumables have separate coverage periods. The shipping section says each OM Seating product is built from scratch, with a lead time typically up to 7-10 business days. Downloads include assembly and disassembly instructions, a brochure and a certificate for the series.

The Werksy product page also carries an armrest guide that is more useful than most. It explains 1D (height only) through 4D (height, width, pivot and fore-aft) arms, tells the buyer to measure from the seat to the top of the armrest with elbows near 90 degrees, and lists each arm model with its approximate minimum and maximum height above the seat pan. The JR77, for example, is given as 8.25" to 12.5", and the tall KR300 as 7.75" to 10.5". Arms are sold separately on the Werksy stool, and the page notes that fabric and arm availability vary by model.

What to check

The home page, the stool page and the about page do not state the conditions of the return policy, only link to it, so a buyer should read it before customizing a chair that is built to order. The about page promises "Full Manufacturer Warranties"; the Werksy stool page shows how those terms are stated, with structural parts and fabrics covered differently, so the same section is worth reading on any other chair. The store's mission statement says the company wants to make working hours "healthier, more comfortable, and more productive", which is its own marketing rather than a claim about any particular chair.

Office Master Chairs suits a buyer in the United States who has settled on OM Seating, or who wants a chair filtered by body size or by intensive 24/7 use, and who values a product page that gives seat-height ranges, weight capacity and warranty terms up front. Facilities buying 5 or more chairs can ask about bulk pricing, and the Special T tables (ZIA, Kingston, AIM, Caliber, ClassiX, Ella, Link and HIKE collections) make it possible to furnish a training or conference room from one order. Buyers who want to compare several chair brands side by side will need to look elsewhere, since the store carries only OM Seating seating.
